Pristine

• Screen: zero visible marks under bright light
• Case: no scuffs, edges sharp
• Battery: ≥95%
• Includes new strap and new charging cable

Best for gifts and buyers who want a new-in-hand feel at 30% off retail.

Excellent

• Screen: flawless from arm's length
• Case: up to two hair-thin marks visible only under angled light
• Battery: ≥90%
• Includes new strap, original or aftermarket cable

Our best-selling grade — 90% of buyers cannot tell it from new.

Good

• Screen: no cracks, may show tiny micro-scratches invisible when the display is on
• Case: light wear on lugs and crown
• Battery: ≥85%
• Fresh strap, tested cable

Best value for daily wear and fitness use.

Fair

• Screen: fully functional, may show one or two visible scratches
• Case: visible wear consistent with age
• Battery: ≥80%
• Sold at deep discount for buyers who prioritise function over cosmetics
