Furbishmarket provides device repair, refurbished-device sales and device trade-in services. Quotes given online are indicative; final pricing is confirmed after physical inspection.

An order is accepted only once we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. pricing error, stock issue) and will refund any sum paid.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices include UK VAT. Payment is taken at point of order or at collection.

4. Liability

We are not liable for loss of data — please back up your device before any repair or trade-in. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

5. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
