14-day right to cancel
You may return any refurbished device for any reason within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
How to return
- Email hello@furbishmarket.com with your order number.
- Pack the device in original condition with all accessories.
- We will provide a prepaid returns label.
- Refund issued within 14 days of us receiving the device.
Faulty items
If a device develops a fault within the 12-month warranty period, see our Warranty page — you are entitled to repair, replacement or refund.
Repairs
Completed repair services are not refundable except where the repair has failed or fallen under warranty.
