What's the real difference between Grade A and B?
Function and warranty are identical. Grade A devices show no marks visible at arm's length; Grade B shows light scuffs only noticeable up close.
Will the battery hold up?
Every device we ship has battery health above the listed minimum. If yours falls below the threshold within 12 months we'll replace the battery free.
Are the parts original?
We use OEM or OEM-grade components. Any non-original repair is disclosed on the listing.
What if I'm not happy with the cosmetic condition?
