- All IMEI are clean & non-blacklisted. UAE buyers must complete local TDRA IMEI registration on arrival.
- Lithium-battery devices ship on approved channels only; some routes exclude air freight.
- Wholesale orders are not eligible for change-of-mind returns — only verified functional faults.
- Warranty covers motherboard and screen functional faults for 12 months; cosmetic wear, modified housings and frame gaps are excluded. See Warranty and Shipping Policy.
