Customs and duties
- UAE — 5% VAT on declared value; no additional duty on personal electronics under AED 1,000.
- Saudi Arabia — 15% VAT + up to 5% duty; ZATCA clearance is handled by the carrier.
- Qatar / Kuwait / Bahrain — 5% VAT typical, minimal duty.
- Russia — personal import allowance €200 per parcel; above that, 15% duty applies. We declare the exact refurbished price, not new-boxed value.
We pre-calculate a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) option at checkout for GCC buyers so there are no surprises at the door.
Warranty across borders
If a watch develops a fault in the first 12 months, we cover return shipping both ways for GCC buyers and offer a prepaid replacement route via our partner hub in Dubai. For Russia/CIS we work with local logistics partners in Moscow.
Serial number and activation
Every watch is fully iCloud-unlocked and factory-reset before shipping. You'll pair it with your iPhone in under two minutes on arrival.
